1. Publisher and seller of the software
OneDrive Path Checker is published by OSALYD CONSULTING, an EURL (French single-member limited company) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 889 809 646, EU VAT number FR08889809646. Contact: Contact page.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase and use of a license for the OneDrive Path Checker software (the "Software"), offered on this site.
3. Price
The license price is the one displayed on the site at the time of the order ($49 per workstation). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
4. Order and payment
The order is placed on the secure Dodo Payments checkout page. Dodo Payments processes the payment and acts as reseller ("Merchant of Record"): it issues the invoice, and its own purchase terms apply to the payment.
5. License
The purchase grants a perpetual license, valid for one (1) workstation. For deployment on several workstations, you can request a quote from the Pricing section of the site.
A free 24-hour trial is available before purchase.
6. Delivery
The Software is a digital product, available for download from this site.
7. No refunds
Sales are final and no refund is granted. See the refund policy.
8. Consumers' right of withdrawal
For a purchase made outside of a professional activity, the Software being digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of that right (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

10. Liability
The Software can rename or delete files after the user's confirmation; the user remains responsible for the operations they perform. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
